  • If you cannot create persisted cases, confirm `DATABASE_URL` is configured.
  • If you see only demo matters, the app is likely running without a configured database.
  • If a module shows placeholder posture, that usually means the workflow surface is implemented before validated legal logic.
  • If report content looks incomplete, confirm the underlying case record has the required intake data.
