- The header shows case identity, effective date, rule pack, and tax regime context.
- The left navigation exposes Support, Intake, Comparison, Arrears, Property, and Reports.
- Validation banners appear when a module is placeholder-only or requires a validated ruleset.
The header badges and audit information are part of the product surface. They should remain visible because they communicate whether the output is default-state, internal-only, or otherwise constrained.
